Volodymyr Skorobahach - founder and CEO of DVL Investments, is a Ukrainian entrepreneur with many years of experience in trading and investments. His career in international markets has been defined by discipline, strategic thinking, and a long-term vision — principles that today form the foundation of our company.

Under his leadership, DVL Investments focuses on real estate opportunities in Dubai — one of the fastest-growing and most reliable markets in the world. Our mission is to help investors preserve and grow their capital while opening doors to new opportunities.

He possesses extensive experience in international trade and investments. From 1998 to 2014, under his leadership, the group of companies successfully operated in the import of meat products to Ukraine. In 2012–2013, the company held the top position in the country in terms of imported volume, including processing and distribution.

Under Volodymyr’s guidance, reliable international supply chains were established, effective management and business scaling strategies were implemented, and a team of highly qualified professionals was formed, capable of executing large-scale international projects.

This experience has allowed Volodymyr to develop a unique understanding of global markets and financial flows, which today is reflected in the work of DVL Investments. He applies the same principles of strategic planning, transparency, and efficiency in the field of real estate investments in Dubai, offering our clients profitable, secure, and carefully selected projects.
